Blitware FAQ: Some or all of my downloads are failing or are slowed to a crawl but my internet is working perfectly, what can I do? (Driver Fetch)
Sometimes Driver Fetch has a hard time connecting to the internet through an active firewall. Try disabling Windows Firewall and/or any other Firewalls you may have active temporarily while running Driver Fetch and see if that makes any difference.
Exiting and re-opening the software can 'kick-start' a download that might be held up along the way. To close the program look for a little green icon near the clock on your task bar, it has a white dog on it; right click on this icon and select “Exit”.
Relaunch the software by double-clicking on the "Driver Fetch" shortcut on the desktop. Your downloads should automatically reconnect after running a scan and clicking the download button; you shouldn't lose any progress.
