Blitware FAQ: How do I uninstall Driver Fetch?

If you need to remove Driver Fetch from your computer, you may do so from the Windows "Add/Remove Programs" (Windows XP) or "Programs and Features" (Windows Vista, Windows 7) panels.

First, open the correct Control Panel:

  • Press the "Start" button (or Orb)

  • Click on "Control Panel"

  • Double-click on "Add/Remove Programs" in Windows XP, or "Programs and Features" in Windows Vista and Windows 7

Now that you're here, you're two clicks away from uninstalling Driver Fetch:

  • Scroll through the list of installed programs until you see Driver Fetch

  • Select Driver Fetch's entry in the list with your left mouse button

  • Press the "Uninstall" button that appears

Driver Fetch's uninstallation routine will now run. It will remove all desktop and Start menu shortcuts it originally placed. If you change your mind, you can always reinstall Driver Fetch by re-downloading it from our home page.
